Customer Advisor (Part Time)

Part time, 15 hours per week, 1 year fixed term, maternity cover

£21,045 – £22,663 pro rata for hours worked.

 A role within a dynamic customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer care on the telephone, face to face and on-line / social media. Working closely with other teams within the council, you will ensure that customers’ enquiries are dealt with at first point of contact wherever possible.

Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do is one of Daventry District Council’s key values and we are looking for a team member who will commit to achieving this, working effectively with the rest of the team.

The hours of work for this role is:

Monday to Friday 11:00 – 14:00

Housing Option Officers (Full Time)

Housing Option Officers

37 Hours per week

£28,010 – £30,164

As a Housing Options Officer here at the Council, you can play an important part in improving lives for everyone here in Daventry District too.

Your role will be to assist in the delivery and statutory duties, powers and policies of the Housing Options Team.

The prevention and relief of homelessness. Providing support work, creating personal housing plans and achieving housing solutions. Assessing homeless applications. Arranging temporary accommodation when necessary. Registering Homechoice applications and nominate applicants from the housing register to suitable properties in accordance with agreed policies and procedures. Completing financial assessments for Disability Facilities Grants.
